Tasting Notes

Berry and Applesauce sweetness with spice hints and a citrus balance. We distill with fresh pressed apple juice from Polgoon and locally foraged Rowen Berry and Rosehip to deliver autumnal notes and hints of fruit sweetness, zest from Orange, Lemon, Lime and Grapefruit combine with English Coriander and Javan Longpepper to add spice hints to this Juniper forward gin.
